Bodybuilders have to increase their metabolism rate; so for this they have to take 5-6 times meals a day, so that they can burn more amount of fat in the body. The bodybuilder has to take food in short interval of time otherwise there is condition called catabolism that arise in the body and the bodybuilder will be unable to maintain the muscles. If someone really wants to see positive results then they have to take 4 to 6 times meal in a day in the gap of 3 hours.
